I bought the BANG Massage Gun for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! (So do I). The customer service was amazing amidst a nation-wide Canada Post strike. Customer service answered me within hours of my ask to hopefully receive the package before Christmas. I was told that they would be changing to other delivery companies amidst this strike and I received my package on December 24th! I was very grateful for the whole process and I was happy to purchase at a time where there was a promotion for a free smaller massage ball added. Definitely worth it and we both can't wait to use it more!

This was a Christmas present for my husband. I did a lot of online research and decided to purchase the Bang Pro Massage gun. My husband tried it and loved it immediately, said he could feel a difference after just the first use. He's a runner, works a physically demanding job, and has long struggled with poor circulation, back pain, and plantar fasciaitis. The quality is fantastic, and it even came charged right out of the box. I had a few questions prior to purchase and someone emailed me back within the hour, amazing customer service. I ordered almost one month ago and still have not received it. I guess Canada post is partly to blame, but I am very unhappy with customer service.
10 days after I ordered, I had no update on the status. Absolutely nothing about the package.
Once I reached out I learned that it would be packaged "early next week".
Then, you should have said that it'd take 2 weeks to get it ready to ship.
Then it was stuck in Toronto until I had a "weather delay" update. Weather is pretty normal for this time a year, so that does not appear trustworthy.
It's been 1 week, it still says weather delay and nothing has been updated.
So I had to reach out again. I was told I'd get an update the same day.
I did not get an update the same day. In fact I did not get an update in 3 days.
I am waiting, I am starting to wonder if I got scammed and if I will ever receive this...
Already does not live up to the hype about it. And I did not even get yet but I am already disappointed.
I was hoping to gift that to my husband, and he has to leave for work, it's still not here, customer service is not particularly helpful, and I don't know if I will get this.

I have the bang ball and prefer the different settings that are more like a massage action than a vibration as the bang gun. 30 settings of the same thing. It vibrates so intense that it bounced off my leg. Not going to use it.

So far we are liking our new Bang Pro V3 with only minor bellyaches. The intensity settings are narrow enough to give proper control over a wide range of body parts, and the assortment of heads are well-designed for the same. It would be nice to be able to adjust the amplitude of the stroke, but it is not a deal-breaker. One, slightly more-than-minor gripe, is the power display. It stays at 99 for a long time and then goes down to 80. From there it quickly drops in 10% increments to 0 (power off) not anywhere close to 10% of actual battery power. The length of charge is good, but the monitoring is poor. The use of the coloured light band to show charge status is welcomed as it is easier to see than the LED display. One other minor inconvenience is that the Massage Head power button is easy to hit by mistake when adjusting intensity.

I am glad I bought the Bang Pro I had used the Theragun several times at a friends . I did find the bang to be of good quality and massaged the same if not better but at a fraction of the cost . So am very happy with it so far .

after ordering i emailed them i after 2-3 minutes only that i need to cancle my order as i need to rethink about it but i got the reply that we can't cancle it. And that's it. No options or solutions were mentioned in that email except "We can't cancle it".

Have not received the replacement unit supposedly sent on May 29, which was to replace a unit that I had ordered on May 23 which had a malfunction. That unit was ordered because another unit had a malfunction and no replacement battery could be ordered.

I have had 3 massage units have battery issues.
After many interactions I was given a 50 percent coupon to get another massage unit. I ordered the pro model and it also did not work out of the box.
I have been offered a replacement as of 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. The shipper sent a note to me saying they have not yet received it and Bang says they will investigate. It’s been over a month of these interactions and I am truly at the end. I had recommended the unit to my patients initially and was impressed by the unit when it worked. There is obviously a serious issue with the batteries.
I have 2 units sitting on my desk, virtually new without batteries and am now ..fingers crossed hoping to receive a working one….

Seems to be doing the trick, but would have appreciated an instruction sheet on when to use the different heads. I find it heavy to use on my neck and shoulders, so that is where my husband comes in the does the heavy lifting. Easy to use on lower body. Glad I made the purchase!

It's a shame that a wonderful product is being sold in such a way.
Once I'd bought and received my massage gun, I still kept receiving advertising emails almost daily. One such email contained a much better deal than I was originally offered. I contacted support to see if they could honour the deal (which would involve me spending more money for additional items) as I was within the return window. They said no but confirmed I could return what I'd bought.
When I asked for clarification, they stopped responding to my email.

The product arrived and everything was as described. It worked after a sufficient time charging it. It was even more powerful than I had imagined. Great on back, shoulder, carpal tunnel pain and restless legs too. Only con is that this version if the gun is heavy to hold for long periods. It arrived very quickly! I highly recommend. 9 out of 10!

I like the product and its ability to massage but the number gauge showing how much battery is left, always shows 99 and I cannot tell when I need to recharge it.

I contacted Bang and they immediately sent out a replacement, which work flawless.
This unit works great. And I believe to be very good value.
